Growing up poor in the mountains of Virginia, I built my own bicycle from parts we found at the local landfill.

Throughout my entire life, I’ve worked to find creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.

That is how I served my country in the Navy, as a Virginia State Delegate, and how I will work every day to solve state and local problems affecting the people of Virginia’s 28th House District.
